Warren Trawick
Platinum Member

Warren Trawick, a distinguished founding member of Global Trekkers, graduated in the top 10% of his class and was Valedictorian at KIPP Atlanta Collegiate (KAC) in 2025. He received over $840,000 in scholarships and was accepted into 21 colleges, notably being one of five KAC scholars nationwide accepted early into Morehouse College.
Having traveled to Spain, France, Japan, Greece, and Panama with Global Trekkers (formerly KSA Trailblazers), Warren also served as a Student Leader on these international excursions. Warren cultivated strong relationships with people from various cultures and encouraged his fellow travelers to welcome different viewpoints and obstacles.
During his high school tenure, Warren was an active member of the National English Honor Society, National Honor Society, and National Spanish Honor Society. He also served as a KAC Shield Student Ambassador and participated in varsity track and field and varsity cross country.
Syxe DeGrasse
Silver Member

Syxe DeGrasse, a founding member of Global Trekkers, is graduating in the top 10% of her class, ranked 6th overall with a weighted GPA of 4.2. She is one of only two students at KIPP Atlanta Collegiate to receive the prestigious POSSE Scholarship, which will cover 100% of her tuition at Texas A&M University.
Having traveled to Costa Rica and Japan with Global Trekkers, Syxe served as a Student Leader on both international excursions—stepping in as a big sister to younger travelers and helping to hold the group accountable with maturity and care.
Throughout high school, Syxe was actively involved in a range of organizations. She performed with the Sounds of Royalty Band, which took her to various cities, and held leadership roles as President of the Student Government Association and Director of the Student Advocacy Association. She was also a member of the Science National Honor Society, National Honor Society, National English HonorSociety, and National Beta Club.
